I am writing to extend my sincere gratitude for you on behalf of the member institutions of the Arabic Language International Council, and all the speakers and participants in the International Conference of Languages and Translation which was held on 28 – 30 July 2021.
Your attendance and participation contributed a lot to the success of the Conference, and your speech was highly appreciated by all the speakers and attendees. Your ideas have enlightened us and opened new directions to expand our collaboration with you and other institutions and scholars from different part of the world.  It is always a great honor to have you participating in this conference and in all the activities organized by the Council.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become members of this Conference in order to participate in its management, extend our relations, and include other participants from all over the world. We are planning to encourage languages and translation institutions to work together and discuss opportunities of exchange of professors and students. We would also like to work together on some projects that meet the demand for languages and translation.
I look forward to your acceptance to become member of the conference organizing committee to cooperate in developing the Conference and reach various audience worldwide.
